Report a problem using Kickstarter's app
To reach the Kickstarter Help Center, click on the "Help" link found within the profile menu.
Open the Kickstarter app. In the lowe right hand corner, click "Profile." In the upper right hand corner, click the gear icon, then click "Help." Next, click "Contact." The next screen is a form you can fill out with your issue. Be as specific as possible and press "Submit."

Get back into your Kickstarter account
If you've forgotten your Kickstarter login, or if your account is locked or has been hacked, this video explains how to contact customer support. You can still reach support even if you don't have access to your account.
Go to Kickstarter.com, scroll down and click "Help Center." In the search bar, type in "Cannot login." Click on any of the articles that describes your issue. Scroll down and under where it says "Have more questions?" click "Submit a request." From the drop down menu, click "Contact Us." Fill out the form and be as detailed as possible. Once you are done, press "Submit."
