Or to enter an account or card number, press 0." I called during my lunch break so I didn't have any information with me, so I opted to use my social security number. That however didn't work, because immediately after I entered my number, it said, "Please enter your KeyBank debit card number, or another KeyBank account or card number."
I was a little frustrated, but then immediately after it told me that I could alternatively press 0 to talk to a customer service agent which I opted to do. From here it said, "To get you to the right person, please choose from the following. For assistance with a checking, savings, or CD account, press 1. Credit card, press 2.
