It rang a few times and I thought that I was going to get to talk to someone, but then it said please hold for a customer care agent followed immediately by a "Hello, you've reached Frigidaire appliance parts dot com."
Then it gave me even more options which had me thinking I would never get to someone. I wasn't sure why it acted like I called a website address, either. The new list instructed me for help with order status to press 1, to place a new order press 2, to speak to a representative about an existing order press 3, and for all other calls press 0.
I pressed 0 because I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to place a new order or not and it started ringing again. Then, someone with a thick Brooklyn accent answered.
