FanDuel's Help Center can be found through the "Contact Us" link located in the Support section of the menu in both its app and website.
Open the FanDuel app. Next, tap your profile icon in the top right corner. Select "Help & Support." Next, tap "Contact Us" at the bottom. Pick your issue category. Choose between live chat, email, or messaging through social media. Enter your issue and you will hear back anywhere from immediately (if through chat) to 48 hours (via email).
