Hello there,* I have two I Pod Classic, which are brilliant, however for some reason I can't seem to solve both have lost the ability to sync with I Tunes, they are just not being recognised for some reason. Normally when I sync a bar at top of screen tells me the progress, but now all that is there is the Apple Logo. I did have a similar problem some time ago and a very kind person from Apple talked me through a prossess and cured the problem, unfortunately I can't remember what we actually did, please can you help?* Peter Witheridge
