Trade them in at Cardpool for Amazon credit. ... I traded * $** iTunes cards in at Cardpool online. For what should have been Amazon credit. I am pretty sure they ripped me off for two of the cards. I just need to know weather they truly have drained these two $** cards. Before I start taking action against them. It seems After much looking I tunes balances can't be checked only redemmed. I don't use I tunes and even if I did I wouldn't want to redeem them. Apparently only customer service can tell me whether there is any money left on the card.
I don't use iTunes. Don't even have an account, but apple makes a lot of money off me buying there cards to trade in.
Refunding me. If Apple did that I would switch from android to iPhone, from pc to Mac. That's the kind of company that cares about and understands their customer base.
I've spent thousands on iTunes cards.
Contacting cardpool countless times, via social media, emails that the no longer reply to, next step is going to the Blackhawk network. The company that owns Cardpool.
