I called the other day because i couldnt do any updates because it kept declining my payment method. They said someone in NJ named Frank Morris was using my acct, and made purchases for dating apps, etc., over $** in purchases, but they knew it wasnt me on my phone. They want me to go buy an apple card, and call them back. Why do i have to do all this **** when all they have to do is shut him down from making purchases? I already changed my password. I am NOT buying an apple card. I know theres got to be an easier way than jumping thru hoops just to get my account back. I should still be able to use my OWN acct, and MY credit card, and they should just have this guy arrested for stealing my info and trying to use my credit and credit card!! Why has this not happened yet? They said they knew who it was. Instead i cant do ANYTHING on my phone that requires an update. And no new apps. So at the moment, i do not have Messenger, Pokemon Go, etc and im getting very frustrated!!
