If you are looking to cancel an order go to the email with the purchase ID attached to it or within the email from Apple. You should be able to "Report" the purchase and therefore refund or cancel the purchase. You can also click https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html. Click https://getsupport.apple.com/ then click “iTunes & Apple Music” then click “iTunes Store” and click “Connecting & Downloading”. Once the new page appears click “Downloads from iTunes Store incomplete or interrupted” you will be prompted to contact iTunes multiple ways. The best option from there in chatting which will have a time estimate on how long until you reach a live agent.

Hello,**I'm Rachel Marie Aguilar. I want to refund a purchase. I do download the apps but I did not subscribe with subscription. I don't even receive any email to verify if I will subscribe with it. Also, there is no tab that pop-up or I did not enter any subscription notice. **It is very disappointing that I will charge with the big amount within just a week that I even use the apps just a single time. And I already deleted those apps. I hope it will give me a positive response. **The apps are Infinity Brainia, Unicorn and Testfoni.
