Since July **** I have been trying to access my iBotta account for the purpose to withdraw my balance of approx. $***.***After numerous emails with their "so called" support there is still no resolution. I have followed all of their support directions with each email. They told me that they manually reset my account to the original email and yet, I never received an email with the reset password link. This happened several times over since each request generated a new 'ticket' for support. I have received all emails from iBotta and still checked my spam folders. I do not know if these are computer generated answers, but it seems I am going in circles for over a year. They have the audacity of state that they are under no obligation to provide support. Please help.
