I signed up for Ibotta about a week and a half ago, completed all requirements, and continued to shop. I tried to cash out to my PayPal after reaching $26 and some change, but it's been showing "account locked" since then. I've waited a week but still no change. I emailed them through the app with no response. I understand it's a busy holiday season, but I need help as soon as possible. This app is important to me, and I was hoping to use the cash for Christmas. Despite hearing negative feedback, my sister swears by it, and I trust her opinion. Can someone please assist me?

The app was working well for approximately two months until I encountered an issue when trying to withdraw my earnings due to my account being locked. I reached out to the developer through messages and their Facebook page, and also submitted several help tickets. Despite receiving an email last night stating that my account had full access and the issue was resolved, I still cannot withdraw my earnings as my account remains locked. I have submitted a fourth help ticket and filed a complaint with the BBB in Colorado due to this problem and other issues regarding the services not being provided. The customer service experience has been extremely unsatisfactory.

I am having trouble withdrawing my earnings. I attempted to link my Paypal account, but an error message appeared. Next, I tried to add my bank account, only to encounter the same issue. I have been attempting to access my funds for three days now with no success. This is causing me significant concern about the legitimacy of this app. I have been a loyal user of Rakuten for years and have never faced such obstacles when withdrawing my earnings. I need assistance with updating the phone number associated with my Ibotta account. When I first installed the Ibotta app on my Android tablet, I used my home phone number. However, I now have a cell phone and realize that it should be linked to my account instead. Despite my efforts for over a month, I have been unsuccessful in resolving this issue. I initially joined Ibotta based on recommendations from friends who found it beneficial, but my recent experience has been frustrating. I am having an issue with ibotta that I need assistance with. I am trying to update the phone number associated with my account. However, when I reached out to Get Human for help, I was told that I have not expressed how ibotta can rectify this situation. It is frustrating to receive responses like this when all I am asking for is guidance on changing my phone number so I can utilize my savings for purchasing gift cards. Get Human also mentioned that they are waiting for me to solve the problem and share the solution with fellow customers. This is exasperating as if I knew how to resolve it, I wouldn't be seeking help. Additionally, when I try to input information on the Get Human site, the text boxes disappear quickly, making it uncertain if my messages are being communicated. I had hoped that apps like ibotta and Get Human would simplify things and assist users, but my experience has been disappointing.

I made a purchase at Walmart in late December. I should have received cash back on almost every item, along with some bonus money. I made the claims and linked my account, but despite speaking to multiple people, providing photos, and creating lists to resolve the issue, I have not received my cash back. I am frustrated and want my account corrected promptly. Please pay me the money owed and stop delaying the process.

On February 21st, I placed a 3-item order through Ibotta to HSN. I received an order confirmation from HSN promptly. Following that, Ibotta notified me of a $26.23 credit pending with HSN. However, on February 23rd, I received an email from Ibotta informing me that my order was cancelled, which I did not initiate. Later that same day, HSN customer service emailed me confirming the shipment of one item and the delay of the other two. Upon contacting Ibotta's help center and providing them with screenshots of my HSN order confirmation and shipment details, I questioned the reason for the cancellation. Despite not receiving a direct response to my query, the help center requested information already provided. This situation is reminiscent of a past encounter where I faced similar issues. Any assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated.

I have three Abada accounts, but I can't access any of them. I lost $18 in one account and around $50 in another. I've been trying to reach out for help to consolidate these accounts and transfer the balance to my active account. Unfortunately, my attempts to contact customer support have been unsuccessful. It's frustrating not to find a phone number to speak to a representative for assistance. I rely on the app frequently for my Walmart coupons, and I just want to access the money I've accumulated in my other two accounts. Each time I try to log in to the old accounts, I face issues with passwords, usernames, and even invalid barcodes when scanning receipts. I bought two $25 Sam’s Club gift cards on 04/07/[redacted] and received them via email at [redacted] One gift card printed successfully with the number 6[redacted] 5[redacted], but the other one disappeared and I couldn't print it. I requested a new copy and received ticket #[redacted], with instructions not to reply until I get the replacement. As of now, I still haven't received the gift card, and I'm waiting to use them both together. The funds have not been refunded. I'm kindly asking for another copy of the gift card. It has been two weeks since I received the ticket number, but there has been no update from Ibotta. Thank you for your assistance.

I encountered issues updating the Ibotta app, and despite multiple attempts, I was unable to resolve it. As a result, I uninstalled the app hoping to reinstall it, but now I am unable to reinstall it. I currently do not have access to the Ibotta app, where I have accumulated over $30 in rewards that I would like to redeem. I went shopping at Food Lion on May 7th, [redacted]. I did my grocery shopping and made sure to use the app to get cash back on certain items. Unfortunately, I only received credit for four items out of the total that I purchased. I bought two bags of one kind of dog food and two bags of another kind, as well as a bag of cat litter. The dog food bags were supposed to give me $3.50 cash back each, while the cat litter was supposed to give me $4 back. However, I have not seen any credit for these items on my account. Yesterday, I sent them an email with detailed pictures, screenshots, and explanations regarding missing bonuses, credits, and rebate offers. I have previously received credit for similar issues in the past for certain items. My friend also faced the same problem and was given the appropriate resolution. However, the response I received this time was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite this, I have proof in the form of detailed images and texts showing that I should receive the bonuses and credits I am inquiring about.

I recently bought three Gillette Comfort Dri deodorants from Walgreens using a store coupon for a better deal. I sent in my receipt for a credit of $5.69 per deodorant, but the system only credited me for one instead of the two required for the deal. I've requested a review twice, but both times I was told I received the correct amount and that I didn't select the correct quantity, even though the system didn't allow me to adjust it. I recently downloaded an app that offered a feature where I could invite friends to earn $10. Excited about this, I shared my referral code with my family, who then downloaded the app. When I tried to withdraw my funds, I received an error message stating they couldn't process my request. Customer support informed me that my account was suspended due to a high number of referrals and requested proof of legitimacy. Despite explaining that my family used the code, my account was deactivated without warning. I received an email last week that my account was flagged, and after an investigation, Ibotta made adjustments. I was then able to continue shopping through Ibotta. I mentioned to Ibotta that I had resubmitted some receipts due to offers not being captured initially. I sent a complete copy of the receipt with dates, purchases, and totals but have not received a response. On 8/31/[redacted], after shopping, I submitted two items and received credit. However, another Ibotta team member recently emailed me saying my account is flagged again for the same issue, which I find unfair and untrue since I only submitted one receipt yesterday. Can someone help me resolve this? Additionally, I saw negative comments about Ibotta on social media, and it's disheartening as I enjoy saving using Ibotta. Thank you, and I hope to hear back soon.

I am frustrated that despite following all instructions, I am unable to withdraw my funds from various accounts like Varo, Cash App, and PayPal. I have spent time and effort submitting receipts, shopping, and referring others, but have not received any payments. I feel like this might be a scam, unlike Survey on the Go that promptly pays me via PayPal after I reach $10. Please address this issue promptly and prove that this is a legitimate platform by releasing the funds owed to me.

I am having trouble transferring funds from my mother to PayPal. I have an old phone with an email attached to my new phone and vice versa. My old email address is no longer valid. I was letting my granddaughter use my old phone, and I was using my new phone to try to transfer the funds. However, when I attempted to withdraw the money, the phone number was linked to both phones. As a result, I am unable to transfer money to PayPal. After receiving an email stating that I had two accounts and needed to choose one to forfeit, I replied and selected the one with the least amount of money. Despite responding to their email, I have not been able to withdraw my funds. I also asked them to link my new email address from my old phone to my new phone.

I have $65 in my Albotta app that I am unable to withdraw or link to my bank account or PayPal. When attempting to purchase a gift card, an error message appears stating there is an issue that the team is working on. This problem seems to be widespread as a friend I referred is experiencing the same issue. Many others in the community section of the app are reporting similar problems. I have found multiple deals, mostly on beer, that I have "checked" on the Ibotta app. I assumed I could buy them at any liquor store as they didn't have a specific store logo. I ended up purchasing 10 items from Total Wine, and 7 of them have Ibotta deals attached. Unfortunately, when I try to scan my receipt to claim the rebates, only one offer is available. Even when I attempt to add more offers, I can't find the checked items on my list. I've checked other stores, but the items don't show up for redemption anywhere. It seems there's an issue with these offers on the app since they lack a designated retailer. I'd like to request credit for the 7 offers and a bonus offer that I'm unable to redeem, totaling $11.10. I'm willing to upload my receipt and specify the relevant offers for verification. Many of my purchases were influenced by these Ibotta deals.
