I am 74 years old and made a mistake with my email accounts. My phone wasn't charging, so I used my tablet and accidentally set up an email account [redacted] instead of my regular account [redacted] I can't remember the password for [redacted], and I can't verify it with Google to recover the password. My account and my husband's account were unexpectedly deactivated simultaneously by Ibotta. Despite sharing a household, we are two distinct individuals with separate accounts that have been in good standing for years. Our accounts are under different phone numbers, email addresses, and birth dates, clearly showing we are not the same person. While my husband recently joined Ibotta, we never submitted the same receipts as we managed our purchases separately.
The issue arose when my husband, on his first Ibotta purchase, faced a problem with the grocery store's register not printing a proper receipt. The store provided a non-standard printout without its name, leading him to annotate the image with the store name to clarify its origin. Subsequently, after Ibotta rejected this submission, he promptly rectified the situation by returning and repurchasing the items on a proper receipt, also reaching out to Ibotta for clarity. It is perplexing why these actions were deemed fraudulent, as he acted in good faith to resolve an issue beyond his control.
I am deeply concerned about the deactivation of my account without a clear explanation, considering my long-standing loyalty to Ibotta. Additionally, my attempts to contact Ibotta through Facebook and email have been unsuccessful, leaving me unsure of how to address this situation.

I have several items missing from my recent Walmart curbside order I picked up on Nov 14. The items include Little Smokies, fried onions, Tazo Tea, Rana meal kit, Purdue fresh ground chicken, frozen entree, Wright bacon, Lipton iced tea, Daisy sour cream, Cap’n Crunch cereals, Revlon lip and eye makeup, Sargento's sliced Swiss and cheddar, shredded Mexican blend cheese, Lysol toilet bowl cleaner, Cracker Barrel block cheese, Kraft shredded Mexican and Parmesan cheese, Coca-Cola 2 L, turkey gravy, Jiffy chips, Land O Lakes butter, and Dawn dishwashing liquid. I hope this message reaches the right place as I am not receiving proper credit for my purchases. I gave Ibotta another chance, but I am disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment for these items.

I bought Neutrogena hand cream from Walmart on December 8, [redacted], as it was on the iBotta list for a rebate. The product had a cost of $3.96 and was supposed to be free after the rebate. After scanning my receipt in the parking lot, the cashback didn't show up despite multiple attempts. The item was later removed from the iBotta list. I have submitted a ticket every day since I placed my online Walmart pickup order last Sunday morning. However, I've been facing difficulties withdrawing money or gift cards since then. I have saved my IBOTTA earnings for over a year to purchase a birthday gift for my husband. Unfortunately, when attempting to withdraw the funds, I encountered an issue linking my PAYPAL account. After contacting IBOTTA for assistance, I found myself locked out of the app. Recently, I received an email accusing me of falsifying a receipt, which I did not do. The majority of my earnings were from online shopping, so it would be impossible for me to falsify these transactions. I am having trouble withdrawing my earnings despite spending a significant amount on hotel rooms and traveling. Upon launching the app, I was automatically signed in, but it prompted me to sign in unexpectedly. Unfortunately, I couldn't recall which email I had used to sign up. I attempted both of my emails, one of which had only a small balance, while the other had a much larger one, indicating an issue. Despite my efforts, I couldn't find a way to contact support to rectify this problem.
After attempting my second email again, I received a notification that my account had been deactivated for a violation. I want to resolve this by speaking with a customer service representative to merge both accounts into one. I want to emphasize that I never intended to have two separate accounts and never used them simultaneously.

I submitted a receipt from Super 1 Foods on June 30 for a $10.50 rebate. Despite following all the steps promptly, the rebate hasn't reflected in my account as of July 6. After exchanging emails with Ibotta Support, providing additional information and pictures, I received a message confirming the issue was resolved (Request #[redacted]8). However, the rebate and bonus are still missing.
I've noticed a recurring pattern of needing to provide extra details even when the information is already clear. It's frustrating having to repeatedly submit and validate what was initially provided. I'm unsure where the process faltered after what seemed like a successful receipt submission.
I kindly request a review of the current status and a resolution to this matter. It shouldn't be necessary to continuously verify and re-submit when the necessary details were originally supplied.

I recently made a purchase and tried to submit my receipt for a refund. However, it was rejected due to being "too old." The ink on the receipt is faint, causing the date to appear as 7/ 1/22 instead of 7/11/22. I am seeking a refund of $4.00 for buying 2 Yasso Poppables. The missing digit in the date should be clear, but I am struggling to contact anyone as they keep asking for a resubmission, resulting in repeated rejections. On July 20, [redacted], when I last logged into Ibotta, I noticed that my account balance was $86.21. However, when I tried uploading receipts on July 21, [redacted], my balance showed $0.00 and my user account name was incorrect. This discrepancy has caused concern as the funds I earn through Ibotta greatly assist with the expenses of raising my three children, especially my nonverbal son who requires therapy for autism. I am a single mother of three children, one of whom is non-verbal and on the Autism spectrum. Over the weekend, I tried logging in to upload my grocery receipts on the app, but encountered an issue. I followed the steps to reset my password, deleted and reinstalled the app, only to be prompted to create a new account, despite having a balance of over eighty-six dollars on Ibotta. I utilized the iBotta app to make three purchases on Viator during their special discount promotion. The purchases were made on 09/02/22, 09/04/22, and 09/18/22. Unfortunately, during my last purchase on 09/18/22, I mistakenly used the wrong credit card. Upon contacting Viator to switch the card, they advised me to cancel and rebook the event. Following their instructions, I initially received rebates from iBotta for all three purchases. However, iBotta later withdrew the rebates for the first two purchases. I reached out to iBotta, opened ticket #[redacted]3, and have been in communication with them for over a month. iBotta informed me today that they cannot reapply the rebate credits as the promotional offer has ended. I responded to iBotta, requesting further escalation to resolve the issue and reinstate the rebates in my account.

On Monday this week, I used Ibotta on my computer to book a tour on Viator for next year with the buy now, pay later option. I noticed a deal for 12% cash back on Ibotta that was ending in 6 days, which was 5 days ago. Even though I received a confirmation of my booking from Viator, the cash back isn't showing as pending in my Ibotta account. I'm wondering if the reason is that I selected the pay later option instead of paying immediately. If paying now will ensure I receive the 12% cash back, I'm happy to do so. I just need guidance on how to resolve this issue and make sure I receive the cash back credit on my Ibotta account.

On December 23, [redacted], I bought a $[redacted] gift card at Red Robin in Pensacola, Florida to pay for lunch for 7 people. I used my debit card for the transaction and applied a $50 gift card towards the meal. Part of the payment was from my Ibotta account, where I had $17.14 available on December 23rd and earned $24.00 cash back.
