I'm new to using iBotta and just submitted my first receipt from Woodmans Grocery. The app instructed me to take pictures in sections, which I did (all 3 sections). However, after completing the process, I received a message stating that the receipt was unreadable. While taking the pictures, everything appeared clear to me. I couldn't find a way to preview the submission prior to sending it. Although there was an option to send it regardless, I doubt they would accept it if it's truly unreadable. The frames to capture the receipt were challenging to use, but I did my best to capture the edges as prompted by the green confirmation. If anyone has any tips to make the receipt picture-taking process less stressful, please share. Thank you, Shirley.

I encountered an issue with my account and have been unable to log in, receiving an error message about insufficient information. I believe I created an account a while back, but when I tried to access it by entering my email and password, it was unsuccessful. I attempted to reset the password, but did not receive the reset email. When I tried to create a new account, it indicated that my email was already in use. This situation is quite confusing as I am unable to reset the password or create a new account.

I am looking to redeem my points for cash. I recently updated my phone number and email address, causing Ibotta to not recognize me. I have tried reaching out to Customer Care and even sought help on PissedCustomer, but unfortunately, I have not received any assistance. I attempted the robot chat but kept receiving vague instructions that led me nowhere. I am frustrated by the lack of clear guidance on how to update my information and redeem my points. I noticed that my first receipt is missing from my account. I made purchases using my Attacks credit card, but I did not receive kickbacks for some items. Specifically, I did not receive the correct kickback for Soft Soap when I purchased four for $5.50 each. I also did not get a kickback for two Ivory Spring bath soaps. Additionally, the $5.00 kickback I received for one Olay face cleanser and body wash seems incorrect. I would appreciate an explanation on how the kickback system works and why my credit card is not receiving the correct rewards.

I've noticed that my account is currently locked, even though I have around $50 in it. I experienced a similar issue a month or two ago when I returned a soda. The credits I received from the return were taken back, but I only returned one soda, and it was sugar-free. I exchanged it for another one, but I never got the credits back. I am having difficulty placing an online order with Wal-Mart for delivery through the ibotta app. I keep receiving a message stating that my Wal-Mart account is locked due to too many failed login attempts, despite this being my first try. I cannot access any ibotta offers for Wal-Mart without logging in through the app. The strange part is that my Wal-Mart app is working fine, so it seems my account is not actually locked. This is quite frustrating, as this issue occurs every time I attempt to use Wal-Mart through ibotta.

I recently acquired a new device and wanted to know if I could access Ibotta using my new device with the same account linked to my old device. I reached out to Ibotta for clarification, and they responded as follows:
"When you log into your account on your new device, it will be fine as long as it's the only account on the device. Please note, only two unique accounts can be on the device at a time. If more than two unique accounts are connected to a single device, the additional accounts will be deactivated."
I logged out of my old device and attempted to log in on my new device, but encountered an error message that reads:
"Sorry, there was a problem. There was a problem getting your information. Please try again later."
I would appreciate any assistance with this issue.

I recently encountered an issue with Ibotta where I was prompted to sign in for the first time after many years of using the app. Despite entering my correct email and password, the system rejected them. I recently got a new phone and attempted to log in to my Ibotta app. However, I was prompted to verify my identity with a code that was sent to my old phone, which is no longer functional. I have made purchases at Dollar General for the past two weeks using my linked account but have not received the rebates I am owed. Last week, I bought Borax expecting a $1.50 rebate, and today, I purchased two bottles of vitafusion gummies, each eligible for a $3.50 rebate. Despite picking my items before shopping, scanning them in-store, and ensuring my account is linked, I still encountered issues. After five years of using this app, I find it to be the most challenging rebate app I've used. I may have to consider ceasing to use it unless this problem is resolved. As Dollar General is a linked account, I cannot scan my receipts. I am willing to provide photos of the products and receipts if you can assist me in resolving this matter. PayPal issued a refund of $21.15 for a withdrawal from my Ibotta account. PayPal confirmed the refund was instant on their end, but I have not seen any activity on my Ibotta account regarding the refund. The last action on my Ibotta account was the withdrawal. PayPal had to return the funds due to outdated information on my account, and I am currently undergoing a verification process to regain access. I am reaching out to Ibotta to ensure I receive the refund and to inquire about the timeline for its arrival.
