I am struggling to withdraw over a hundred dollars. I have attempted to contact customer service for a week without receiving any response until today. I made a reservation through Priceline via the Ibotta app in August to earn cash back for my vacation. They indicated that it could take up to 75 days for the cash back to show up in my account, which would be in late October. By mid-November, the cash back was still pending. After reaching out to Ibotta and providing them with the necessary information, they have been giving me vague estimates on when the issue will be resolved. Now, their response is simply, "We're happy to hold on to your case," without any apology or credit being issued.

I have submitted multiple help tickets regarding not receiving a verification code to link my PayPal account to Ibotta for cash out. Despite following all instructions, I have not received a code, and the tickets keep getting closed. The one open ticket has been marked as resolved, but my issue persists. I bought items at Walmart for $32.51 on December 22. The cashier instructed me to scan my debit card for the transaction to proceed. Unfortunately, I was charged twice in my checking account. I am willing to forgo the 1% cash back, I simply request a refund for one of the duplicate charges. Today, I encountered difficulties when attempting a larger transaction at Walmart. I am frustrated by this experience and have decided to avoid using pay with Ibotta at Walmart in the future.

I received an email from the Ibotta team on December 23, informing me that my account had been locked and flagged for review. While I can still redeem offers and earn with Ibotta, my ability to withdraw funds has been suspended. I purchased $[redacted] of products at Ulta during a road trip. When I got home, I snapped a picture of my receipt, and the next prompt asked for payment information. I selected my debit card, as there was no cash option. A few days later, my checking account was debited $[redacted] for Ulta, despite already having paid in cash. Recently, a Walmart cashier at the Milford, Delaware store shared that they are no longer accepting Ibotta pay due to reported scams. However, we were still able to utilize the payment through our phone after the cashier mentioned the change. Could you clarify why Walmart is still listed on the Ibotta app? The cashier also mentioned that Ibotta purchases and e-gift cards through cell phones would no longer be allowed. It would be helpful to receive confirmation on this change and have Walmart removed from the app if necessary. Additionally, improving communication with vendors would help prevent confusion for customers in the future. Thank you.

On February 11th, I made a purchase using my loyalty card at Shop N Save for a variety of items. After waiting a few days without receiving my expected bonuses totaling over $50, I submitted a request to the help center along with pictures of my receipt. Despite an email response stating it would take 24 to 48 hours to resolve, I have not heard anything further. After sending a follow-up request, I received the same automated email reply. It's been 12 days, and I'm still awaiting a resolution for my purchase of more than 15 items. I'm disappointed in the lack of customer service communication and the absence of a customer service number to address this issue directly. I rely on these bonuses to supplement my expenses, and the lack of response is concerning. I have also referred someone who made purchases through the app but did not receive their promised bonuses. Yesterday, I attempted to use Ibotta and was advised to update to the new app. However, upon doing so, I encountered a problem with my password. Despite multiple attempts with various passwords, I was unable to access my account. Subsequently, I initiated a password reset but continued to face issues with the new password not being accepted. As a long-time member since January two years ago, I am frustrated by the inability to log in and access your services. I have not used Ibotta in over a year due to camera-related difficulties on my previous phone. Now, with a new phone, I hoped to resume using Ibotta and utilize the remaining balance in my account. I signed up for Ibotta months ago but didn't start using it. Recently, I tried to log in but forgot my password. When I attempted to reset it, I got a message about someone else using my email. So, I tried with another old email, where I couldn't verify the password reset due to not using that email anymore. Now I'm stuck with the same issue. On May 22, [redacted], I attempted to use Pay by Ibotta for a purchase at Home Depot but mistakenly entered the wrong amount of $84.14. Struggling to correct it to $91.13 while others waited in line, I ultimately used my Wells Fargo Debit Card to pay the correct amount. This led to a double charge for the same item: $84.14 through Ibotta and $91.13 with my debit card. The discrepancy is due to taxes.
Despite contacting Capital One to reverse the initial charge, they were unable to assist. I turn to this forum for help. I have been a long-time Ibotta user and value their services. Technical issues like this are not uncommon, and I trust Ibotta will refund the $84.14, essential to maintaining a positive view of the company. I hope Ibotta resolves this matter promptly, and my faith in their service remains strong.

Unfortunately, many times when I shop at Publix, the offers do not get credited at checkout, so I have to submit a request. Today, I discovered that a Publix receipt I submitted through the app was not credited at checkout. Additionally, I noticed an issue with a previous target receipt where I only received credit for a portion of my purchases. Initially, I had $19.50 worth of credit, which was reduced to $16. My credit has now disappeared entirely. I urge you to review all my recent tickets promptly.
