Hello, I recently purchased a used iPhone 5s from a family member and attempted to create an Ibotta account. However, I encountered an issue where I couldn't input my phone number during the account setup. I would like to access the site using my email: [redacted] The phone number associated with the account is [redacted], and my home address is [redacted] Wayward Drive, Durham, NC [redacted]. This phone previously belonged to Susan Hill, who had to remove her account due to security reasons. She transferred everything to a new phone and accounts. I have since added my own apps to this phone. Can you assist me in logging into my Ibotta account so I can use it for store receipts and loyalty and bank card transactions? Thank you for your help. I attempted to get a $25 Walmart gift card on Sunday, November 17th, [redacted]. After the purchase, I was supposed to receive an email with instructions on how to use the gift card, but I haven't received anything yet. I've submitted several help requests since Sunday and clicked on the resend gift card option multiple times, but still no luck. If possible, I would like the funds returned to my ibotta account. Hopefully, I can successfully obtain a Walmart gift card in the future.

I have been waiting for a response from Ibotta since Sunday, November 17th regarding my $25 Walmart gift card request. I only received a generated email saying a representative would contact me in a few days. I am still waiting for a solution, and I hope to speak to a real person soon.

Good morning. I tried to purchase an item for $40.68 at Walmart on Wednesday, November 27th. I received a gift code but the payment did not process correctly. I paid a portion in cash and $27.00 with an Ibotta gift card. My bank account is showing these payments as pending, which is affecting my ability to pay bills due today. I have already informed the bank not to process the $40.68 charge. They explained that it will take until December 2nd for the pending payment to drop off. I urgently need this charge removed from my account before then. If it's not resolved promptly, I won't use this payment method again. I sincerely request assistance in resolving this issue today.

I want to ensure that I will receive my cash back rewards from Ibotta. When I click on the Amazon cash back link in Ibotta, if I have the Amazon shopping app downloaded on my phone, it opens the app but doesn't display the cash back bar at the bottom of the screen. However, if I don't have the Amazon app on my phone and click the "shop" button to Amazon, the screen it takes me to does show the green dot and "cash back" bar at the bottom. I just want to confirm if I'll still receive the cash back even if it opens in the Amazon app without displaying the cash back bar on the screen.

I have $40.71 in my account ready for withdrawal. I tried selecting both the options to link my card to PayPal and redeem for an Amazon gift card on the app. Unfortunately, when I proceed, it asks for account confirmation. Even though my email is correct, I didn't receive any email from Ibotta for verification. I attempted to resend the email, but it still didn't arrive. Strangely, I receive emails regularly from Ibotta about products and earning opportunities, yet the crucial confirmation email seems to be missing.

I emailed [redacted] and also posted here regarding my issue. My son lost my phone, so I had to get a new one with a new number. My new number is [redacted]. To Ibotta Support, Each time I try to redeem more than one ten-cent credit, I encounter issues where every single item seems to be lost or cannot be found, resulting in me having to ask for a resend. This happens consistently and is frustrating. I have never received an item credit automatically, even when my ShopRite card was connected. I have doubts about whether I still have the receipts, but on a previous one, I purchased Mike's Hard Lemonade and Bon Viv hard seltzer, which should qualify me for the $4 bonus for buying two alcoholic beverages alongside the $2 and $3 credits. I plan to reach out to Corporate because I am becoming increasingly dissatisfied with these ongoing problems and wondering if the effort is truly worth it.

I recently discovered an old Ibotta account linked to my [redacted] email that I haven't used. I want that account canceled. However, I now have a new account under [redacted] that I want to keep. Today I received an email stating that the [redacted] account has been deactivated, but now I cannot access my new account. I am unsure if both accounts have been deactivated. I am looking to regain access to my new Ibotta account under [redacted] Thank you.

I contacted Ibotta regarding a payment missing from my PayPal account on 10-27-19 amounting to $39.43. Despite Ibotta claiming the transfer went through and sending an email confirmation, PayPal confirms no such deposit was made into my account. I am frustrated with the lack of resolution, especially since Ibotta doesn't offer phone support for direct communication. I hope this issue can be promptly addressed and resolved.

I have been struggling to get a response from the email support team at Ibotta. My attempts to withdraw earnings have been met with various issues, such as not receiving the correct earnings or offers disappearing and reappearing randomly. Now, when trying to verify my account for withdrawal, I am getting an error about my phone number not matching. It's frustrating that I can access my account but can't withdraw my earnings. I need assistance with this matter urgently.

I am experiencing difficulties when trying to cash out as my account is showing as locked. I have previously reached out for assistance, but it's been a few days with no response, which is quite frustrating. This issue occurred a few months back, and after some time, I could cash out before receiving a response. However, this time, the situation remains unresolved. Despite updating all my Ibotta and PayPal account information to ensure they match, the lock on my account persists.

When I first opened an account, I used my Facebook to create it. Later on, for some reason, I accidentally created another account using an email address that I no longer have access to. Most recently, I used this second account while grocery shopping. I have $50 balance on the first account, but nothing on the second until now. I need to merge the two accounts together or delete the first one. The challenge with deleting the first account is that I don't remember the phone number I used for the second account or the password for the email. Please help me as soon as possible as this will impact my children's Christmas.

Three years ago, I created my Abode account but never used it. The email address and phone number I initially provided are no longer valid. I've recently started using the account actively in the past three months, but I am unable to update my contact information or password as it requires my old password, which I no longer remember, and access to the email account linked to it.

Last week, I was locked out of my Ibotta account, but thankfully the issue got resolved. After receiving an email confirming that my account was reactivated, I tried to withdraw my earnings only to find out I am still locked out. It seems like Ibotta did not unlock my account as promised. I urgently need access to my funds as I am currently stranded with no gas 3.5 hours away from home. I made a mistake that I need to fix. I was at Bath and Body Works when I accidentally used Ibotta to pay for a $75 Bed Bath and Beyond gift card instead of the one I wanted. I don't know where the $75 gift card is, and I would like it voided. I quickly bought the correct one at Bath and Body Works. It was an honest error as I was demonstrating something to someone in the store and selected the wrong store in the app. I desperately need you to cancel the transaction as soon as possible before my husband finds out. I contacted Capitol One, but they couldn't assist me yet. Please, help me out. I appreciate your app.

I recently tried to use Ibotta pay at Old Navy while also redeeming a rewards credit. Unfortunately, the cashier had issues processing the payment with the Ibotta gift card, so I had to resort to using my Old Navy credit card. As a result, I now have two charges on my Old Navy account: one from Ibotta pay for $48.38 and another from the Old Navy credit card. I would like to have the Ibotta pay charge reversed since both payments were made with the credit card. Thank you for any assistance. - E.S.

After my husband recommended Ibotta, I downloaded the app but forgot to input his referral code. To fix this, I deleted the initial account. However, I am now facing an issue with setting up a new account under my husband's name due to my phone number being associated with the previous account. I am unable to receive a verification code for the new account. Despite reaching out to Ibotta multiple times via email, the problem remains unresolved. I am in need of speaking with a representative to address this matter promptly.

I signed up for an Ibotta account, used it often, and referred friends. I attempted to withdraw my earnings but found my account blocked. Previous issues with shared receipts were resolved, but now at $66.15, I still face a block. This time, no shared receipts occurred, and despite being unlocked previously, my account is now blocked again. I'm frustrated and seeking help to regain access to my earnings.
