Help with my eHarmony issue

The issue in GetHuman-sarasuez's own words
I have been on eharmony almost a year now and have never had any contacts that have ever tried to make any effort. There has NEVER been anyone from Denver much less the state of Colorado and those that could be s match day I am too far away even though distance is not an issue for me*Now that my subscription has expires I get a perfect match one from Ohio and another from TX but there is no way to now communicate because you withhold any reasonable match until we expire so you can control and keep making money*I do not even have internet access where I live so that too becomes frustrating *If you would extend service just one day or one month so I could see if Carl in TX *The man I have prayed for*Can tell me what he thinks?

GetHuman-sarasuez did not yet indicate what eHarmony should do to make this right.
