From ebay member seanj****Regarding item **************I bought * ipads from (gcomm*rce) and had problems with both so contacted apple, who basically told us items were reconditioned products that had been used before. They were sold as brand new.*I contacted company on the msg buyer (gcomm*rce) who replaced the two ipads. *When i recieved replacements one had a very damaged box and the ipad itsself had specs of black dirt under screen. So again i contacted (gcomm*rce). They told me to send it back and as soon as they had it they would send another ipad out. That was very important to me as, as i had explained my children needed these i pads for their school work. *It is now ** days sinse item arrived back at warehouse and still i dont even have a tracking number. I have been told on numerous occasions its about to be sent out but still nothing. *The latest promice is i will recieve ipad this week.**I am very unhappy with the service being given and feel that the ipads are either old reconditioned ipads that are being resealed and sold as brand new or there is somthing going on that is not how it should be.**I payed £*** each for both ipads (which im still without one)! They were sold as brand new and in original sealed boxes. This was definitely not true according to apple.*Iv spent over £** sending items back nothing due to my fault.**I feel i am being fobbed off, and am very concerned that im not going to get what iv payed for.**I have had no apology, or any reassurance in getting what i payed for. *Nor any timescale or date when i will get the latest replacement. Or reason why it is taking so long. Like iv said latest promice is this week, but still not even the tracking number.**I want to know what is happening. When i will be getting replacement. **I hope you can sort this out for me very soon.**I need new ipad being sent out asap as my child is struggling with her studies without. *Or i have asked for my money back so i can buy elswhere.****Please contact me on this email******@***.com**Or through my ebay account seanj***.**Thanks
