Case ID :***************Seller ID :**us****.vaima***Request reason :**Request for return****On Jan **, **** i order lot of ** Launch Golo Carcare connectors from canada ebay user us****.vaima in amount ****.** usd. User ships items but there was delay because some papers are missing and items waiting in UPS centre in Canada.(tracking proof *Z**V*************)**When items are still in Canada UPS i asked the seller to cancel the order and pick up shipment and he accepted return request not cancel order ant take items back on UPS but he still send items forward to my country.**When items are still on the way they stops in Germany and customs in my country make papers in advance and inform me about incoming shipment. Because i allready have agreement on ebay with seller to ship items back i inform the customs to to cancel customs duty procedure and under customs control they send items out of my country back to seller as we have ebay aggreement with seller. Customs forwarded package to UPS and they make return shipment with mark return to sender with tracking *Z*X**************.**I open Request for send back item as i dont want it any more but the main reason is that manufacturer stop supports for this items. **In the time of delivery and resend back we have a very complicated conversation with seller because he was very nervous and not like to much to receive items back ant try to find all reasons not to but in the start he agree with return items policy and approved resend and refund.**I pay return shipment costs to UPS in amount of *** EUR but in the time shippment was allready on the way back to seller he open unknown request as he was buyer on **.**.**** not received items but items are allready on the way back and tracking number was on ebay system at **.**.****.**I dont know what is this reason but i think seller dont want to receive items back as he commited in request for return.**This case is now put on hold and i cant do nothing because i done everything right. Items are allready back with UPS in Canada. Tracking shows sucesfull delivery to seller. **I have allready a lot of cost with this return almost *** usd of hipping costs and hope i will receive this refund back because seller try all options to not to take items back as he commited in refund RMA.**Please check this case here are facts. Seller send items, request for return was done, seller commited with return and RMA, items was shipped back, i pay return shipping costs (anyway items can be returned under ebay money back warranty because not more software supported items from manufacturer), items are allready in canada and i think seller will not want to take items back. **Please help me to receive back my money. I not receive items they are send back in customs control and seller can not have money and items.Check case please. Close case because reason for open in wired seller claims items are in Germany but they at this time are allready send back and tracking is seen in ebay sistem.**Sorry for my bad english.**I have all papers and invoices to support my words if you need any. Most of them i allready uploaded to seller but if you need anything i can send you again.**I never received item because seller agree to receive item back. I send item back, pay costs, item is deliver to seller back but i have no items and no refund. I cant do nothing on case because case was open very strange from seller as he not receive item back but item is allready with him. It is more then ****usd value and i afraid to loose this money.
