I have asked neighbours and residents at the addresses and none have knowledge of a parcel delivery. Royal Mail do not have any further information than you have already sent.**I am getting very frustrated that ebay are not doing anything to help sellers in this situation, where money has been forcibly refunded and the seller has no item returned to them. My paypal account is in arrears and I have debt collectors chasing me for £** for an item I sold under goodwill and tried to mediate with the buyer when they were unhappy.**I believe that this was fraudulently returned, in order to keep the laptop and get the money too. I have recently read a news article about similar scams that buyers are doing.**I believe I have done more than I can in order to try to rectify this and have been hugely inconvenienced, as well as all of the stress with the paypal arrears. I have been a loyal and trustworthy seller for years and ebay should put more protection in place to prevent this.**If this is not resolved fully and promptly, by reversing the paypal refund, I will have no choice but to pursue this via the Ombudsman and Watchdog.**Yours sincerely,**Victoria
