hi,**I ordered an ebay product and also paid for, **.** pounds. I selected to collect the parcel from argos. But I had some emergencies and I had to go back in my country for some weeks. So when i return and wanted to collect the parcel, argos said that they sent back to the seller because can not keep in their shop more than *-** days. I bought on ** November ****. I thought that the seller will refund me once receive the parcel back.The seller does not want to refund me and I could not open a case against because on ebay product that i bought,still shows that is ready to be collected , i was to argos and asked them to update in their system as the parcel was sent back to can be refunded but argos showed me that they updated the status as is back the parcel and adviced me to contact ebay to update ebay in system . I can not get my money back because on product says ready to be collected which is not true, the parcel is back to seller. The item number is ************
