I called on the **th to get my refund and I went on a phone call that took me over and hour to get my refund back and the person said it would take about three business days and it's been two weeks since I called you guys but I haven't gotten my refund, the person that answered the phone went through Bitcoin to give me my money back wich I thought it was wrong, I got even an app that I had to download so your representative could help me, I'm going to the attorney general office Thursday and show him the phone call and the recorded conversation, because I have that app call me ***-***-**** Doel Figueroa
