The issue in GetHuman-tcaine's own words
On Feb ** I had called zoosk about a unauthorized charge. Was informed there is nothing they can do but cancel the subscription. After asking for a lead or supervisor I had asked to speak to. I was informed they currently do not have a lead or supervisor present. After cussing at them repeatedly I had gotten my refund. Was told they will cancel the auto renew and delete the account. Yet here it is. March ** . I am billed yet again by zoosk. Why wasn't the auto renewed cancelled and the account not deleted as I was informed it would be? Why am I being billed again ? I want a refund and I also want this account to be deleted.
GetHuman-tcaine did not yet indicate what Zoosk should do to make this right.
