ZOOSK took £**.** out of my account on *th February **** a year after I took out a subscription, but I have not set up a direct debit with you & also not used ZOOSK for at least * months as I have been in a relationship with a girl I met on POF anyway since June last year & deleted the ZOOSK app from my mobile phone at that time.*So for that reason I demand a full refund, I have also been to my bank & cancelled any payments which you may try to take out of my account with out my prior permission, as this is just not right as I don't even have my password to get into my old ZOOSK account anymore anyway & have not for the past * months.**D Wood
