Zoosk maintains high standards for user safety. If you receive a message pointing out suspicious activity, it means our team has detected possible rule violations by that user. If you feel a user has another profile, which is against Zoosk's policy, please report it. Use the "Report/Block" button on the profile of the user you wish to report. We'll then review the reported profile for any policy violations. Remember, your safety is our priority and we appreciate your help in maintaining the integrity of the Zoosk community.

If you're having trouble replying to messages or viewing a profile on Zoosk, ensure you're logged into your active Zoosk account that has a subscription. If you are already logged in, try checking your internet connection and refreshing the page. Also, ensure that your app or browser is up-to-date. If you are still having trouble, there might be an issue with the account of the person you're trying to interact with. In some cases, their profile may not be available due to violations of Zoosk rules or other reasons. If all else fails, contact Zoosk's customer service for further assistance.

If you don't want a particular person contacting you on Zoosk, you can use the report or block feature. To block a user from the profile view, click the three dots at the upper right corner and select "Report/Block". To block a user from the messaging section, open the conversation, click the three dots in the upper right corner and select "Report/Block". Once a user is blocked, they will not appear in your search results or in your Carousel. Also, they will not be able to send you any more messages. Remember, your safety and comfort are paramount when using Zoosk.
