Hi, my name is Gary Sharpham. I've just checked my bank account and noticed that I have once again been billed by your company for a service that I no longer use. I'm sure that if you check back through my account details,you'll find that it has been deactivated, * possibly * months ago. I'm at a loss as to see why you are still billing me, and I need this matter rectified and monies returned to my nominated account linked to my old account as soon as possible.
