I subscribed to zoosk as a one off payment and ** pound had been taken out again when I didn't want it to be taken out again I as thought i unsubscribed it's now left me short Iam single mum with * kids and struggle as it is and wanted to know if you could help me out by refunding me the ** pound back please I dnt even use it that much as I said it was a one off as I just wanted to browse hope u can help thanks
