Zoosk's call center is closed now. We will send GetHuman-cwhyte a reminder to call them when they open. Nothing to do for now but wait!

I have not been onto zoosk for ages and thought I had unsubscribed. I am now astounded to find that I have been charged in March ***** subsequently I have checked my account today by chance have seen * pending transactions dated ********** * for £**.** and * for £**.**, these are not authorised. Please can you arrange refund for these * and the ones back in. March. I have received zero notifications and feel I have been ripped off. Thanks Clive
GetHuman-cwhyte did not yet indicate what Zoosk should do to make this right.
