I have been charged for Zoosk twice now that I shouldn’t have. I had my subscription through Apple and it said that it was expired and cancelled. I’m not sure why I am still being charged for it. I have deactivated my account about a month ago and was still charged this month. I’m not sure if I had to cancel it on my actual Zoosk account as well. I would like to be refunded for this last month especially since it said that my subscription expired in August.
GetHuman-scotkovs did not yet indicate what Zoosk should do to make this right.
