GetHuman-inpar's customer service issue with Zoosk from August 2018

To change your account information just log into your Optimum account https://www.optimum.net/login/?referer=%2fpay-bill and you can see all your information there.
The issue in GetHuman-inpar's own words
"my subscription ends on Sept *th, I wasnt going back on but received a message from someone and according to site it said I could use my account fully if i reactivated it - well it is not allowing me to do that......so even though i am paid up to the *th you wont let me back on to read messages???"**I want my account back until the date of Expiry I will decide if I want to renew at that point
GetHuman-inpar did not yet indicate what Zoosk should do to make this right.
I have an issue with Zoosk too
How GetHuman-inpar fixed the problem
We are waiting for GetHuman-inpar to fix the problem and share the solution with the rest of us customers.
