Hello. I had initially unsubscribe from auto-renewal payments a few months ago and just last week you guys charged me again and I was shocked.**So i logged back on and saw that my subscription for auto-payment had been mysteriously been set to active again. **I am NOT impressed and would like to request a refund for my last charge. **Also I have just deactivated my account so if I can get confirmation that this will not happen again that would be very much appreciated.**Thank you,**Lashmen
