The issue and preferred resolution, in GetHuman-vosscr's own words:
I paid for one month and cancelled, after the month was over, I couldn't reply or read any messages, so I know my month subscription was over. I then removed the app from my phone, the last * months you started billing my card for **.** monthly fee, I called your representatives and they said to go buy a $*** iTunes card and I would then be reimbursed, sounds very sketchy to me! If I get billed again, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and legal action will be taken, this is fraud. Feel free to email me *****@***.com or call me at *-***-***-****. Thank you
