I was charged a renewal this month AND I noticed I was charged a renewal in December. I did NOT authorize either of these transactions, and do not have any saved billing information on file. I want to know how you have my billing info when I I removed it and I want both the December charge and the June charge REVERSED. I am happily living with a man I met on Plenty of Fish and have been since last September. What you have done is to illegally keep my billing info on file, against my request, and billed me twice without my consent. REVERSE THOSE CHARGES IMMEDIATELY
