I paid only for * months membership on Zooks, up to *.**.** only. After that I notified Zooks that I am finished with them, but despite this on * of March **** Zooks used the details of my credit card to withdraw $** ! It is such a burden to me considering that since last year I am on pension and cannot afford pay such money. It is unauthorised transaction and I ask you to refund this amount.
GetHuman-tatking did not yet indicate what Zoosk should do to make this right.
