I would like i) my card details removing from being stored by zoosk. * ii) explanation as to why everytime I log on I have to ask for a newpassword (hacked account???) iii) a customer service email address for Zoosk and confirmation that my cancellation of subscription will be honoured and no further money taken from my card. iv) confirmation from zoosk that once my subscription ends and I delete my profile it will be deleted and all information stored about me removed. My email is *****@***.com and my username is Beth. I no longer have a permanent password as I am required to send for a new one each time I log on. I do not want to reveal my full name here thank you but you can email me at my email address. Thank you.
