On July 2nd, my phone accidentally went through the wash, and ever since then, I've been locked out of my account. I paid for a 6-month subscription and I'm extremely disappointed by the multiple hacking attempts I've experienced. These hackers keep asking for money and even reach out through calls and emails incessantly. I can't log in to my account to fill out their new form, so I may have to contact Discover to dispute these charges. The hackers still have my information, and I have no intention of renewing my membership. I've had a negative experience with your service and now regret not choosing a different platform. I paid for a 1-month subscription for my sister, Deanna, using the email [redacted] Despite deselecting the auto-renew option, the subscription renewed on its own, resulting in a pending charge on my account. When I tried to log into her account through her Facebook, the system somehow redirected me to create a Zoosk account with my Facebook information. After encountering this issue, Deanna managed to cancel the subscription on her laptop. However, the account remains active until August due to the automatic renewal. I have encountered a significant issue that requires urgent attention. I strongly believe that someone, potentially within Zoosk, is posting inappropriate comments on my profile. Despite deleting my profile and pictures, the images reappeared. I am unable to find a way to contact Zoosk through the app, which is unacceptable while they continue to charge me for their services.
I am considering legal action due to the ongoing harassment, as the individual posts random messages on my account. I kindly request an immediate investigation and resolution to this matter. If I do not receive prompt assistance, I will escalate my concerns to national newspapers.

I am having trouble opening all the emails I receive. Additionally, when I click on one customer, I often end up seeing someone else instead. The dating site is challenging to navigate and seems disorganized. Please improve its functionality so that I can have a better experience. Currently, I feel like I am not getting my money's worth. I am disappointed with Zoosk and would like to request a refund and cancel my membership.

I have signed up for Zoosk three times now, and I'm starting to feel like a glutton for punishment. I'm quite confused about what I'm actually paying for on the site. I find it frustrating that members, whether paying or not, cannot read and reply to my messages. It seems counterintuitive for a dating site to limit access to connections for paying members. It's disheartening to think that not getting a response means constant rejection, especially when most members may not realize the message recipient needs a paid membership. 1) I would appreciate receiving a coupon code for a FREE trial subscription or a free trial followed by a 3-month subscription for Zoosk. I am eager to try out the platform and have local conversations. Unfortunately, none of the 20 verified codes I attempted worked, causing me to repeatedly re-enter all my personal and financial details. I hope to receive a good subscription deal to finally give Zoosk a try.
2) Several years ago, I intended to have a trial on Zoosk but never did. The email linked to the account is now inaccessible, preventing me from starting fresh. It was solely used for browsing. I am experiencing issues with Zoosk's customer service as I am unable to contact them by phone or email. The messaging and chat services are not functioning, and I am concerned as I am paying for these services. I recently had an account with Zoosk that was linked to my credit card, but it's currently on hold due to my son using it without my knowledge, causing my credit card to be maxed out. I have been a member for several years. Recently, while cleaning out old emails, I noticed that my inbox kept growing larger as I deleted them. Most of these were Zoosk notifications. Out of curiosity, I decided to take a look and was surprised to see hundreds or even thousands of notifications and messages from women on Zoosk that I never received. Being single, this makes me wonder if I missed out on connecting with potential matches. I find this situation concerning, especially since I was a paying customer. Could there have been a personal issue with someone at Zoosk causing this? I feel frustrated and unsure about what to do next.

I discovered unauthorized activity on my Zoosk account today, August 17th. Two messages were sent to men without my consent. The messages were flirtatious in nature and provided a fake email address. I also noticed likes sent to other men that I did not send. This situation is deeply concerning. I fear for the security of my credit card information. I need to have you check on one of your Zoosk customers as I believe I was almost a victim of an online dating scam. I came across a person on Zoosk named Steve Parrt. He gave me two phone numbers, [redacted] and [redacted], claiming to live in Stevens Point, WI. However, one number is from Medford, WI, and the other is a Texas number. He initially asked for $[redacted] for an Amazon gift card for his son's Playstation and later requested $2,[redacted] to clear a shipment stuck in Dubai customs. When I declined to give him my bank details, he ceased contact. A search revealed another name, Steven R Parry from CA, associated with the same numbers. He claims to be a doctor from Stockholm, Sweden, planning to open a business in the USA. Despite minimal interaction, he professed love and requested financial help. The inconsistencies and suspicious behavior have led me to doubt his authenticity and prompted me to discontinue using Zoosk.

I signed up to your dating site on 5/8/18. I've emailed you previously and received no response. I'm frustrated as I tried to use the service a week ago at 8:30 pm, but a message stated I had used up my message allowance for the evening. I couldn't find in the contract where this limit is mentioned. I've tried logging in multiple times but encountered issues like a message saying there's no service in my area. Resetting my password didn't work. Your system recognizes my attempts and says it's on hold with an administrator. I'm disappointed as I've paid for the service until 5/9/18 but can't access it. I recently attempted to subscribe to Zoosk, but encountered payment issues due to an error with my card's expiration date. I contacted my bank regarding a £74.91 Zoopla withdrawal from my account on 28/8. Although the name Zoopla sounded familiar, I have never used their services before. I have not been in search of properties recently as I am not able to move around easily. I have instructed my bank to block any future payments to Zoopla. I have not engaged with Zoopla for at least two years, and my bank has informed me of a similar deduction last year. I am requesting a refund as advised by Lloyds Bank, and they are ready to assist if needed. As a 74-year-old, this amount is significant to me. On September 08, [redacted], around 6pm, my Zoosk account was hacked. The hacker changed my profile information, sent messages to other members, and I couldn't access my account. I tried calling customer service, but they were closed. I sent an email explaining the situation.
Using the Zoosk app on my phone, I paused the account for 3 days. I received a message saying my account will stay suspended for 3 days or until I log in again. Later, I got an email saying my account is canceled, but I could only access basic functions. However, I can't log in at all.
I signed up for the account on or around September 05. I'm confused about the conflicting messages.

Yesterday, September 9, [redacted], my Zoosk account got hacked. Messages were sent from my profile to other Zoosk members containing links to view photos. This was not done by me but by the hacker. Most of my photos have been deleted except for one. When I tried to log in, I received a message saying my account has been blocked by the administrator.
I renewed my subscription on September 5th, but now I can't access my account. I have sent multiple messages today but have not received any responses. I'm looking for help to access my paid account.
