Hi, **I had reserved a zipcar on saturday **th november, **** from * am to **:** am.*I returned the car *-* mins late and the reason being I had to stop because there was no air in the tyre. I had immediately called zipcar customer care to report the issue and to make sure I don't get late charges. But, nobody received my call. I have been trying to call customer care everyday to report the issue but no luck. I didn't even get a call back from them.**I request you to please sort this issue for me and refund my late fees.**Regards,*Rituja Kulkarni.
