I took a zipcar from Cherry way, Forbes ave garage, Pittsburgh on **th November from *PM to *PM. My car broke down at *:**PM and I called the customer care immediately. By the time, the assistance was sent, the car jump started and I returned, it was *:**PM. I informed the customer support and they extended the time till *PM for my return.**I was surprised that the two extra hours are charged into my account. If not for the car break down, which was not my mistake, I would have returned the car in time. So, I request you to reverse the charges for the two extra hours.
GetHuman-nmasna did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
