I got charged $*.** in random fees, I'm not sure exactly why. I had no fees extra that should have been applied to my account. If it was for the customer support, he never helped me find the car. It was in a parking garage and I had to run around ** minutes into my rental time to find it, he just said it should be there.. nothing beyond that. I don't feel I should be changed once, much less twice for that.
GetHuman-nphurp did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
