Hi,**I rented a zipcar this past Wednesday and I brought it back a little bit late. First of all, I had absolutely no idea there was a late fee. Second of all, I am a college student and I do not have $** to spend on a late fee for a car I am already paying for. When I did rent it, it was not booked the whole night so it should not have been a problem that I returned it a little bit late. I understand charging me for the extra time but a $** late fee? I am extremely disappointed at this and if I cannot get it figured out I will not be continuing to use zipcar.
