I am trying to reactivate my account and everytime I go to the next screen after entering my DL *, it says, "Please choose the state or region of your driver's license," yet, there is no place to do that besides where you choose your country (and there are only countries listed).**I really need to get this in motion today because I would like to receive my new zip card by July *rd so I can use it July *th. Please help! I've already waited ** hours hoping the glitch would be corrected.
GetHuman-lenoxjam did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
