Last week I called about two late fees on my account. I was told that one of the late fees would be refunded, and that the other would be p***ed off to another department for review because I received a text message saying I could extend my reservation when I really couldn't. The representative who helped me told me I would receive an email confirming both the refund and the case for the other late fee. I have received neither of these emails, nor have I received my refund.
I trust that Zipcar will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
