My house at * Green Acre Lane ***** is on the Market. For some odd reason Zillow dropped most of my photos. Once known I had to go and put them back in. Now that I did that, Zillow has singled my house out to drop by over $******. estimate by comparing me with houses not even close to me. However I cked (almost)all the other listings within a *-** mile or more radius and strangely NONE of them dropped any more then what they dropped in there own pricing? And this is for ALL price ranges. That includes the taxes and listing price etc. So please don't single me out. You want to drop the values then please drop everyone. You want to compare me, keep it local within a few miles. I've lived here forever and don't even know where most of those streets are. Loss of photos and singled out for an incredibly major estimate drop is questionable.*Emailed them and they replied with the generic answer its all about the algorithm. However if they read my email they would have understood that my house has been updated. And yet they continue to compare me with bazaar choices or far away houses. Nothing comparable and all at low prices? ALSO AFTER MY EMAIL THEY LOWERED MY ESTIMATE AGAIN. IMAGINE THAT.*Thank you for the tip. However every time we update, they reduce the estimate, not increase. We even added a private beach and no increase, another decrease. Definitely only us.
