I have spent most of the morning trying different numbers to call Zillow and reach a live person- all to no avail.**The agent I work for is a Premier Agent (it says so on the Agent Hub), yet it's not connecting his phone number (***.***.****) to his account- therefore keeps kicking me out of the automated phone systems. I haven't figured out a way to reach an actual human yet. **We have a VERY SIMPLE question, and have asked it twice now through the online form. The first time we were given generalized suggestions that had nothing to do with the question, just the question category, so this time I left that part blank with the hopes that someone would actually read the email and answer our question.**ALL we are trying to do is figure out how to read the data metrics shown. Is day * today and it works forward, or is today day ** and it works backward? PLEASE HELP! These charts are of no use to us or our clients if we don't know how to interpret them correctly. This is an obscure listing, so it's understandable that there aren't any similar listings, that's not the issue at the moment.
