I've been attempting to list my property for sale without success. One website displayed a server error message (Error [redacted]) for the past two days when trying to save changes. Another site allowed me to input my contact information but during a follow-up call, there was confusion over the property details. After correcting the error, they were unable to verify the listing. Now, the page I started last night has disappeared. This has become a frustrating process, taking up a lot of my time. I would like assistance from Zillow. Please contact me, Judy C., at [redacted].

In early October, I contacted a representative to request that my account be closed on October 31st to avoid any November charges. Despite this, I was unexpectedly charged $[redacted].00 by Zillow in early November. After leaving a voicemail requesting my account closure and a credit, a refund of $[redacted].72 was issued, leaving a balance of $63.64. I have been attempting to reach out to my representative multiple times to have the remaining $63.64 credited, but have not received a response or the credit as of yet. I simply want the agreed-upon credit for my account balance, which was meant to be processed by the end of October. Thank you for your assistance.

I posted my rental listing without the unit number last Sunday night, causing the Zestimate and price history to be inaccurate. Despite trying to edit the post by adding the unit number, I was unsuccessful. I then attempted to create a new post with the unit number, but Zillow kept reverting to my initial post address. After two failed attempts, I received two emails from Zillow indicating I added extra properties by mistake. Unfortunately, I am now unable to access my account to edit the original post. Could you please delete the last two unfinished posts, reactivate my original post, and add the unit number: [redacted] Woodland Ave #[redacted], West Des Moines, IA [redacted]. Thank you for your assistance.

I reside at [redacted] Cape Coral Drive, Wimauma, FL. My property on Zillow was displayed accurately until recently when the agent replaced the original photos with new ones. Now, on Zillow, my house is marked as off the market and not for sale, making it impossible for potential buyers to contact anyone. Although my agent claims to have re-submitted the listing, I have not seen any updates. While Zillow sends me a Daily Activity report showing views but no saves, it shouldn't be accessible to everyone. Kindly search for [redacted] Cape Coral Drive Wimauma, FL and correct all inaccurate information, including the Daily Activity report. This report should only be sent to me and not publicly available. The mix-up started when new photos were uploaded. Please retrieve the correct details from MLS, where it is accurately listed, and restore the correct information about my property. For any inquiries, contact me at [redacted]. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you. - Olga

My home listed on your website is inaccurately priced. The property is located at [redacted] State Hwy Y Forsyth, Mo. [redacted]. The current listed price is $[redacted],[redacted]; however, I purchased it for $[redacted],[redacted] in October [redacted] and have made significant upgrades since then. These include a $26,[redacted] Four Seasons Sunroom, new hardwood flooring for the main level totaling $4,[redacted], a spacious walk-in closet that cost $1,[redacted], and a metal storage shed measuring 14'x20' at a cost exceeding $3,[redacted]. The previous owner invested $50,[redacted] in renovations in [redacted], such as a new concrete driveway, tile flooring, stainless steel appliances, a [redacted]-gallon hot water tank, a deck awning, bathroom accessories, light fixtures, Energy-saving Duvette Cellular shades, a Pellet Stove, and a new master shower. These improvements make the house one-of-a-kind in the neighborhood. I have noticed increased interest but no recent saves on your site, indicating the listed price may deter potential buyers. Kindly update the Zestimate on your website. Contact me at [redacted] if necessary. Thank you, Steve Atkinson.

A Google Maps 3D street view image has unexpectedly shown up on my listing, displaying damage to a fence/property from three years ago on the wrong street, which is misleading as the issue had been fixed long ago. This incorrect image is now the first thing visible on the listing, particularly affecting the sale of my home. This image is solely on Zillow and not on any other listing site. My property at [redacted] Hickory St. in New Orleans, LA [redacted] is misrepresented by this image, potentially deterring buyers. I have reached out to Zillow and my real estate agent is working on resolving this urgently as we have an upcoming open house. Please address this matter promptly, as it is crucial for our financial wellbeing.

My realtor listed my home, but the information was placed in the wrong town and county by your system. The county you listed, Greene County, is known for having poorer schools and lower home prices, which is inaccurate for my property. I have been informed that my realtor pays your company $[redacted] per month, yet the listings are incorrect and causing dissatisfaction among clients. The error is impacting my investment adversely due to the inaccuracies generated by your software. It feels like a situation where a credit union mishandles data without accountability. Our property is located at [redacted] Fray Road, Advance Mills, Virginia [redacted], served by the Ruckerville post office. Ruckersville, which is in a different county, is mistakenly listed as our location, affecting the information about the schools in our area. We reside in Albemarle County. I kindly request a prompt correction to resolve these misleading details. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Subject: Safety Concern Due to Incorrect Listing Hello, I am Sandra Legsdin residing at [redacted] Newbury Rd, Sutton, NH. The Bradford post office handles our mail, but the address is incorrectly listed as Bradford instead of Sutton. However, the main issue I need to address is with a Zillow listing for [redacted] Newbury Road, Bradford, NH [redacted]. The street view is displaying a photo of my house instead of the property for sale, causing safety problems and harassment. This mix-up has led to unwelcome visitors inspecting my property and spreading false claims about our home. This situation is impacting my husband's business credibility due to mistaken assumptions about our financial situation. I believe correcting the GPS location to Latitude: 43.[redacted], Longitude: -71.[redacted] will resolve the issue. Please contact me via email at [redacted] or have a supervisor reach out to me promptly. Thank you. Sandra L.

As the owner of Chemless Cleaning, LLC. in Mesa, Arizona, I recently reached out to agents on the Zillow website offering my services, not realizing the financial implications of my messages. After receiving a call from an upset agent explaining the high cost of unsolicited messages, I was taken aback. A Zillow representative informed me that I should direct my messages to specific agents to avoid unnecessary charges, which I was not initially aware of. Regrettably, I inadvertently caused inconvenience to these agents. I am requesting Zillow to consider waiving the fees incurred by these messages. Moving forward, I will ensure to follow the proper protocols when reaching out to agents. I acknowledge the misunderstanding and apologize for any trouble caused. Thank you for your attention to this matter. - Kimberly

I encountered an issue with my photographer regarding a video posted for my new listing at [redacted] SW [redacted] Street Miami, FL [redacted]. The photos disappeared once I entered the listing in the MLS. Initially, they were visible, but now only an aerial photo from Google Earth is showing. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this matter. Additionally, the living area of the house was provided instead of the adjusted or total square footage preferred by the seller. This makes our property seem smaller compared to others in the subdivision that use adjusted square feet. Can this be rectified to ensure our listing is comparable? Furthermore, the photographer listed the house as a 6 bedroom 5 bath, but it is actually a 6 bedroom 4.5 bath. Is it possible to update this detail as well? My contact information is as follows: Jeffrey Stone, email: [redacted], phone: [redacted]. Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am reaching out for the fourth time regarding my property listing issue. I originally listed my home as "For Sale By Owner" and added a separate "For Rent By Owner" listing. Unfortunately, when I completed the rental listing, it deactivated the "For Sale By Owner" listing. Furthermore, I set the rental price at $[redacted] per month, but a potential tenant showed me a different price of $[redacted] on their phone. There seems to be a discrepancy in the prices displayed on your system. The accurate rental price should be $[redacted] per month. I would appreciate prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you for your help. - Rex

I own a property at 42 Poplar Point Road in Edgewater, MD, which was inaccurately listed as a waterfront home, with a finished basement and a 2-car garage. However, the property does not meet these criteria - the garage can only fit one car, and the water view is limited, especially in the winter. Despite the average property values in Edgewater having increased from $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted] from August [redacted] to November [redacted], my property's value has spiked from $[redacted],[redacted] to $1,[redacted],[redacted] in the same timeframe. I've made corrections to the listing details, but it hasn't resulted in a recalculated value. I request a reassessment of my property as the current valuation is excessively high and affecting my asset calculations. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On October 31, [redacted], I bought a condo at [redacted] Lost Tree Lane, Knoxville, TN without viewing it in person. I am pleased with the neighborhood. The property was previously listed on Zillow. However, upon moving in, I realized that the stairs to the second level were problematic. I have decided to sell this condo and find a unit all on one floor. I listed [redacted] Lost Tree Lane on Zillow as a new listing, but it appeared with a history of [redacted] days. Despite my efforts through voicemail and email to correct this error, my listing's duration remains inaccurate. I seek assistance in rectifying the "Time on Zillow" display to improve the property's visibility and potential for sale. Thank you for any assistance provided. -Daniel S Heist

I recently received an email notifying me that my listing had expired, without any prior warning. When I checked, my home was marked as "off the market" with an inaccurate zestimate and an unflattering picture. After attempting to repost my listing, I found that my home was still not listed. I reclaimed my property, updated the main picture, adjusted the sales price, and re-added all the necessary photos on Friday. However, my home is still not listed correctly with the inaccurate zestimate. Can you please advise on how to rectify this issue and have my home listed accurately again?

My property's listing on Zillow contains inaccuracies and was posted without my authorization. It has not been on the market for several years. I am eager to understand how this error occurred and hold the responsible party accountable. If a prompt resolution is not provided, I am prepared to take legal action against Zillow Zendesk Co. I prefer phone communication and can be reached at [redacted]. My requests to Zillow are: 1. Removal of the inaccurate information, 2. Disclosure of who received the erroneous details, 3. I prefer speaking directly with a representative rather than engaging in email exchanges with an online platform.

I am hoping for assistance with my listing. My experience dealing with Zillow's outsourced verification team has been quite frustrating. Yesterday evening, I called Zillow and spoke with a representative named Lucy from the verification department after 4 PM Eastern Time. I was disappointed by the lack of customer service she provided. Despite verifying my information with Zillow twice today, my listing has yet to be displayed. When I expressed my concerns to Lucy, she became defensive, raised her voice, and abruptly ended the call. Upon requesting to speak with a supervisor to resolve the issue, Lucy threatened to disconnect the call once more. Despite multiple verifications with Zillow representatives assuring my listing would be live within 24 hours, it has not appeared since being posted on December 1st. When I shared this information with Lucy, she abruptly disconnected our call once again, insisting I relist my property and wait 72 hours for verification. My interactions with Zillow representatives like Lucy have left me feeling frustrated. A subsequent call to Zillow connected me with a representative named David who advised me to contact Zillow's customer care via email as he was unable to offer any solution. I seek clarification on the need for multiple verification calls and the delay in my listing being published after six days. Thank you, Emily Sanz

I need assistance with my property listing at [redacted] NE 17th Way, Fort Lauderdale. There are two issues I need help with. When I search my address on Google, it directs me to Zillow where it indicates the property is not for sale with a zestimate of $739k. However, upon further investigation, I found my property listed for sale with an estimate of $639k, which is incorrect. My neighbor's property at [redacted], which has fewer upgrades and a smaller lot, is valued closer to $739k as shown on a different zestimate page. These discrepancies are persistent in my monthly reports. To summarize, I have two main concerns: 1. Zillow reflects my property as not for sale when searched directly. 2. The zestimate shown for my property on Zillow is inaccurate. Your help is appreciated. Sincerely, Philip G.
