The issue in GetHuman-irpmrent's own words
Trying to contact Zillow to get them to remove our closed listings once they're rented. They are popping up as Available when they've been rented for weeks or months, even. We cannot get a response from Zillow. ... We are experiencing a constant barrage of calls about rental listings that Zillow is showing as active, but have been rented for quite some time. We have written numerous emails, and attempted to call but since we don't have a paid account, we can't get through the phone system.
We get a constant barrage of calls from folks interested in properties that aren't available. This takes up an enormous amount of time, and is frustrating to us to have to deny the caller, and we appear unprofessional when listings are showing but we're telling callers they're already rented. Fielding these calls and submitting error reports and emails to Zillow
We want Zillow to fix whatever programming glitch is allowing our listings to post active again, and top of results, after they're closed in the MLS and on our site.
We strive to provide our homeowners with the best tenants, and our tenants with the best experience. This means having accurate, real-time listings on as many sites as possible, to reach the best applicants.
Multiple staff members have tried reaching out to Zillow with no success via phone, and we have sent multiple emails asking for help. We also have submitted countless requests to fix listings in error, but nothing is ever done.
