This started out because last night, I purchased in-game crowns from the Crown Store on Elder Scrolls Online. I wanted ****, which costed **.**. The next day (today) I found that I was charged three times. I have the confirmation email from ESO confirming my one purchase, and I also have a screenshot showing the amount of times I was charged, if necessary. I'm pretty upset about this, and found it extremely hard to find anyplace to contact support for this problem. I'm hoping contacting you here will bring me to a solution or at least point me in the right direction. Thank you for your time.
I trust that Zenimax will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
