Hi I placed an order ************** and my bracelet has already come in but my necklace hasn’t been shipped. Is there something wrong or do I need to change the shipping method? I need it for Christmas. Customer service is not answering the phone.

GetHuman-kerryroa did not yet indicate what Zales.com should do to make this right.
