I have noticed that another YouTuber is using my company name in their videos. My company, Kandy Land Farms LLC, has a channel called Kandy Land Farms while the copycat channel is named Kandyland Farms (only without the space). My company name is officially registered with the State of Ohio. I kindly ask them to stop this immediately and remove all videos featuring my company name. If YouTube does not assist me, I will have to seek legal advice. This marks my fourth request in the past two months regarding this matter.

Dear Sir/Madam, I am confused about why my YouTube account was permanently disabled. I believe I have not violated any rules or community guidelines. Other individuals, such as my friends and family, also use my laptop, but I assure you that I adhere to all the terms and conditions set by YouTube. I kindly request you to look into this matter, remove any videos that were wrongly flagged, and reinstate my channel. I am committed to following all community guidelines and terms moving forward. Hello, my name is Lovejot Singh. Six years ago, my YouTube account was blocked due to three strikes. I then removed YouTube from my Google account. However, I am now unable to create a new account. Despite sending multiple request emails to allow me to make a new account after deleting the channel and videos that led to the strikes, customer service support has been unresponsive and slow in their replies. I would like to create a new YouTube account using the same ID that was previously blocked. Please advise me on what steps to take.

My Youtube account has been suspended unexpectedly. I have been actively creating gaming content for the past six months without any copyright issues or violations. I have always been careful with the content I publish and have promptly resolved any copyright concerns. Despite the complexities of copyright laws, I have tried my best to follow all guidelines. Some time ago, I signed up for Hulu with ads but didn't find it of interest, so I canceled. Now, I am wanting to give Hulu TV a try to get rid of Dish Network. I've heard great things about Hulu TV and would like to check it out. However, due to my previous subscription, I am unable to get a trial without using my original account and paying $60 upfront. I would greatly appreciate it if you could provide me with a trial for the TV package. I am interested in assessing the quality, ease of use, and other factors before committing to the full payment. A friend's mother recently uploaded videos of me on YouTube without my permission. The videos, taken when I was a child, show my house, which concerns me for privacy reasons. The channel name is The Starlights, and it has 20 subscribers. I am troubled by this invasion of privacy and would like to have these videos removed as soon as possible as I did not authorize their posting.

I was double charged by YouTube for their web TV service, which led me to cancel the credit card used for the transaction. Despite explaining this to them, they are refusing to refund me as they cannot verify the canceled card, resulting in them repeatedly closing my account. Unfortunately, I am unable to submit a help request via email as my YouTube account was also canceled, leaving me in a frustrating situation with no resolution in sight. I have invested countless hours into this issue, and it is unacceptable that my money was taken in error. I demand a refund or at least some assistance with resolving this matter as it seems too complex for the automated system to handle. I am considering reporting this as fraudulent activity to my credit card company if this is not addressed promptly.

Hello, I currently own a Roku box and I'm experiencing issues with launching YouTube. I have been using YouTube without any problems until recently. I have been in contact with Roku support for a few months now and have tried various troubleshooting steps such as resetting my Roku, updating the software, uninstalling and reinstalling the YouTube app multiple times, and even removing unused apps to free up space. Despite all these efforts, the issue still persists. I would greatly appreciate any guidance on resolving this matter specifically with YouTube (not YouTube TV) on my Roku. Hello, I have been trying to get in touch with YouTube because someone used my credit card information to order a YouTube subscription. I have checked all the emails and YouTube account information for my whole family, but there is no trace of this transaction. Upon discovering another charge from a different company, I realized that a different email was linked to my credit card details. While the other company was helpful in canceling and refunding the unauthorized transaction, I am still being charged for YouTube. Both YouTube and Google have failed to assist, and PayPal has also not been cooperative. I simply want my YouTube account closed and a refund for the past four months of unauthorized charges.

I noticed an unauthorized charge on my YouTube TV account, even though I had canceled it after the free trial. Despite receiving an email confirming the cancellation and no further charges, I was billed for a service I no longer wanted. I am extremely frustrated and upset about this situation. Contacting me by phone at [redacted] would be greatly appreciated. I am Jeanette and I closed this account on 11/24/[redacted]. Explaining this via email or chat is challenging, and it would have been easier if there was a phone number available for direct assistance.

I've been having issues with the Youtube homepage, as it only shows an "Error [redacted]" notification. I've tried accessing it on both my phone and computer but get the same problem. On my computer, the homepage is blank with the link youtube.com/?pbjreload=[redacted]. I was advised it might be due to a large watch later list containing around [redacted] videos, so I reduced it to [redacted] videos split into two playlists. The homepage briefly worked a few days back but is now stuck. I've spent days trying to fix this without success. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

A few years ago, I uploaded a news program about a service I created for U.S. Troops in Iraq and Afghanistan called OPERATION GRATEFUL. I am restarting this project but cannot find it. I originally started this program with an ABC News television story, and I need to show it to the director of the VA hospital in Houston, Texas. Another project called OPERATION GRATEFUL [redacted] has caused confusion by using a similar title. My adult daughter is disabled and mostly homebound. She relies on YouTube daily as we don't have cable or TV yet. We were homeless last December and recently got an apartment but depend on WiFi and her iPad. She was recently informed her account was terminated for violating community rules. This was her first notice, with no prior warning, and she doesn't know what she did wrong. She admitted to getting upset but claims she never responded worse than others. She has physical and depression issues, as well as Asperger's, and vows to "NEVER respond again," especially if angry. PLEASE reconsider and give her another chance, especially since this was her first incident. She really doesn't have anything else and is new in VT with no friends or activities. This is severely affecting her, and she is very distraught. There is little I can do as her mom. I was laid off due to COVID-19 and living on social security as well. Her name is Mistynne Dawn S. I need assistance with a situation where someone uploaded a video of me without my consent, involving nudity and my private activities. This falls under revenge pornography and violates YouTube community guidelines. The incident occurred during a video call where I was masturbating, and the person recorded it without my permission. They are now threatening to upload it on YouTube unless I pay them. I fear for the impact this could have on my life. Please assist me in having the video removed from YouTube. A user, RoozerGaming, has repeatedly harassed me and my friends without any consequences. His behavior includes calling us names in videos and live streams, spreading rumors, and inciting hate towards us. He even used racist language. I have evidence of his actions that violate community guidelines. In one stream, he encouraged viewers to report us. I believe this behavior warrants account termination. Moreover, he is underage and is violating terms of service by operating the channel. He also engaged in sub to sub activity, which is against the rules. I have shared evidence on OneDrive. Please review the material to understand the situation fully and take appropriate action. Thank you.
