Unsure of the specific videos referenced, I have engaged in assertive commentary in YouTube's comments section, particularly critiquing figures like Candace Owens and Larry Elder for their biased stances and lack of awareness to various issues. My account suspension appears to be a result of mass reporting by far-right individuals who dislike opposing views. YouTube Support failed to specify the exact comments leading to the suspension, reinforcing my belief in targeted flagging by vindictive far-right groups. I urge YouTube to recognize the numerous reports made against extremist individuals on the platform without any effective action taken, despite efforts by many users.

However, I later deleted the associated email address for reasons that escape me now. Recently, I remembered the email address and sought to log in, only to discover it has since been deleted. I recently got a new phone and now I only see about a dozen videos to choose from. Before, I used to get hundreds of videos tailored to my interests. What's happening? Please resolve this issue. If this is a new form of censorship, please inform me. Otherwise, I will delete the app and find another platform. It's disappointing to see such disregard for customers. Remember, unhappy customers can also choose to leave. Please consider improving your service. Thank you. I also tried to chat with a representative but was redirected to a site that asked for $5 for further assistance. This practice seems unreasonable. Imagine if a company like Starbucks charged you for addressing concerns. It's off-putting. It might be a good idea to rethink this approach.

I used to DJ and mix music around 8 years ago when I was younger. Instead of using platforms like SoundCloud, I decided to upload my music mixes on YouTube before it became popular for that purpose. Unfortunately, nowadays I am unable to find my account. Even though I can still see the titles of my videos when I search for "KK Allen," I'm unable to access my account using my nickname or my old AOL email. I suspect that the connection between YouTube and Gmail might have affected my account. Luckily, I used my pictures in some videos to connect with my audience, and some videos were labeled with my nickname like "Beauty Mix K.K." I would appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

I recently had the Best Buy Geek Squad come out to install YouTube on my TVs. They faced an issue with one TV, which they successfully repaired on a return visit. However, I have encountered a problem with my billing. I was double-charged on my Visa on 11/30/20 and 12/01/20. Despite contacting Visa, the issue remains unresolved as Google claims I signed up for two accounts. I have tried to resolve this by contacting both Visa and Google with no success. Visa suggested reaching out to Google again, but the issue persists. Now, I have been advised that Google will send me a form to address the problem in writing. I am seeking assistance to resolve this billing error promptly. Thank you.

I was charged for two months of YouTube after canceling, which has happened multiple times over the years. My email is bikesareunderrated@gmail. Not only was my YouTube access blocked, but I was charged for three months when I couldn't even access the account to cancel the subscription. Currently, my account shows no active subscriptions, except for the one I still can't access, so I'm unsure why one account is blocked while the others are not. Despite this, I wish to be refunded and have the billing stopped. YouTube needs a complete overhaul as the quality is lacking, and I have no intention of adhering to their guidelines. Feel free to ban my account for life, as I am suggesting. Please improve your services. Thank you.

I am saddened to bring attention to a troubling issue on YouTube involving channels that display animal cruelty under the guise of animal rescue. These channels, such as Wild Channel [redacted], The Animal Rescue Site, Macro Techy, and others, stage disturbing content involving animals for profit. Despite efforts to report these channels, they continue to operate unchecked, profiting off these horrific acts. It is crucial that these channels are removed to protect both animals and viewers. The prevalence of such content, especially from countries like Vietnam and Indonesia, where this behavior may be legal, should not be tolerated on a public platform like YouTube. I urge for immediate action to be taken to address this disturbing trend.

I signed up for the "Free Chromecast with Google TV for new YouTube TV Subscribers" promotion on October 25, [redacted], and made my first payment on October 30, [redacted]. Despite meeting all the promotion's terms, including being a first-time subscriber and making a valid payment, I have not received the Chromecast device promised by YouTube TV. I have checked my spam folder but have not received the redemption link as indicated. I am currently paying $64.99 per month for this service and would like to know when I can expect to receive the device I was offered as part of the promotion. Thank you for your help.

There seems to be an issue with Square Enix songs, like the well-known One Winged Angel, being wrongly claimed by an individual by the name of LatinAutorPerf. LatinAutorPerf is wrongly asserting ownership of the music through YouTube's system. This isn't the doing of Nintendo or Square; it's this individual. LatinAutorPerf needs to realize that claiming ownership of music unlawfully is a form of piracy. Urgent action should be taken to address this matter and have his account banned promptly.

I am very upset because a channel I enjoy watching, Monkey Kako, has been deleted for reasons that I do not understand. Many people, including myself, are feeling the same disappointment about this. Monkey Kako's channel features a wonderful family that cares for monkeys, and I have even recommended it on Facebook and YouTube. It is disheartening that while I report channels that abuse animals, no action is taken, but a positive channel like Monkey Kako gets removed. I hope YouTube addresses our concerns about animal abuse on the platform. This experience has made me reconsider being a member and allowing my grandkids to use YouTube. It is important for YouTube to do the right thing and not ignore such serious issues.

Hello, I am known as Sassy Unicorn 7 on YouTube, and someone has re-uploaded one of the edits I made to their channel. Despite filing a copyright claim, it was reversed when the uploader claimed fair use. This is concerning as it is a direct copy of my work without any transformative elements. This situation is not about profit but about preserving the integrity of my creative work. I have tried to reason with the individual behind the channel named SKS Gaming, but they are unwilling to take down the video. I believe YouTube intervention is necessary to address this issue effectively and protect my content creation. I was charged $17.56 on January 26th for a YouTube music membership that did not play ad-free or allow me to listen outside of the app. Additionally, I was charged $15.98 on January 15th for a bill related to YouTube music on apple.com. The service did not function properly, music stopped playing, and my account and saved music were deleted. I am very dissatisfied and request a prompt refund for these charges. After this experience, I no longer wish to continue using your service. It has been difficult to find a way to contact your customer support team.

I recently spoke with a representative regarding the issue of being billed incorrectly on my disability card. I am 52 years old and on a fixed income. Despite being charged for a family plan, I am the only one using the service. The representative asked me to reactivate my account, but I had already cleared my information. I am hesitant to provide my card number and billing details again since unauthorized charges were made previously. I never authorized the family plan or the charges. I believe someone else may have created the account without my knowledge. I do not have a subscription to YouTube. I request a refund of $19.05 to be credited back to my disability card. Thank you.

I have a ROKU account and use YouTube TV for streaming. Previously, I had HBO Now via ROKU, but switched to getting it through YouTube TV to access HBO channels in real time on their guide. By having HBO Now, I can enjoy HBO Max content. Last night, when switching to HBO Max on ROKU, I was asked to subscribe to HBO Max even though I already had a subscription through YouTube. I've cancelled both HBO Max subscriptions through ROKU and YouTube to resolve the billing situation and prevent double charges for services.

I recently had my YouTube account suspended for allegedly violating community guidelines due to supposedly having sexually explicit content on my channel. However, the video in question seems to be a movie trailer from 10 years ago when I was an intern at a film festival. I uploaded it back then for website embedding purposes, not to violate policies. I am solely a viewer on YouTube, not an active content creator, and had forgotten about the video. I am willing to delete it if needed.
