To whom it may concern, I have cancelled might youtube TV on Sep ** **** and was charged $**.** on ** Oct **** for service I didn't received or use. I have checked both of my gmail account and I don't have the subscription for youtube TV on neither accounts. I can't talk to no human and the support team is no help. This need to be resolved, if not I will be reporting this to Better Business Bureau. Stacie Brown (*****@***.com and *****@***.com). I will need my refund. Thanks

Google and Youtube TV have not been fixed the problem because refund for the service I didn't used after ** Sep ****. I been charged twice, once in September on the **th and again in October on the **th. I will still be contacting Better Business Bureau for the failure to handle this problem and the information online is not helpful at all, just keep getting you a runaround and you can't speak to a real customer service representative. Bad business for your customers.
