The current like system appears to be malfunctioning. When I upload a video, it initially receives 15-30 likes, but the next day it drops to only 2. Also, the rounding of subscribers is impacting smaller channels unfairly. For instance, I had 98 subscribers, and within seconds, around 20 were removed without explanation. It seems like there are server issues causing these disruptions. It's disheartening as a content creator to see these discrepancies. I put in a lot of effort into my work, just like many other creators, and it's concerning that these technical problems might be discouraging smaller creators. I hope these issues can be resolved promptly to ensure a fair platform for everyone.

Our 12-year-old son used two of my cards without permission to donate money to the YouTuber KelvinGTS. He contacted him today to ask for the money back, and he said we had to contact you to get the money back. He would not refund them for months. I tried to stop the transfer with the bank, but the money was already gone. This happened on the 7th and 8th. How can we solve this? My kid's email is [redacted]. My channel, hssharma100, was remonetized in August after review. There have been no changes or violations before or after the remonetization. Today, my channel has been unexpectedly demonetized once again. I believe this could be an error by an automated system, and I am seeking a manual review for reinstatement of monetization. I have not committed any community or copyright violations to date. I am hopeful that this second demonetization will be reviewed and corrected promptly.

I forgot the password to my older email ([redacted]) and can only remember the security question. When I try to recover it, YouTube is unable to confirm my ownership. The account has a song I made a few years ago that I want to access. This song is important to me, and I uploaded it on YouTube as a backup.

Hello, I am writing to address the issue of my YouTube account being deactivated due to three strikes. I have provided detailed explanations for each strike, stating that they are invalid as the videos in question were under the creative commons section and many other channels were using them as well. I am confident that my videos did not infringe any copyright laws as I was diligent in selecting and uploading content. My channels were steadily growing, nearing 1,[redacted] subscribers. I kindly request a review of the situation and ask for the lifting of the ban on my account and channels. I am willing to remove any videos that are contested for copyright infringement. I was watching YouTube when I was suddenly logged out. After logging back in, the site wasn't functioning properly, so I left it alone. Later, I received an email saying my account was terminated without any explanation. I mainly use YouTube to watch and create videos and have not violated any policies. Despite filling out the form, I have not received a response from YouTube. Can someone please assist me with this issue? YouTube channel: Kenal68.

I attempted to cancel my YouTube TV subscription on the 7th, but it showed that my account would expire on the 8th due to a payment issue. Despite trying multiple times to cancel and encountering difficulty, I found myself in a situation where my bank account is now negative due to the charges. I am disappointed by this experience and would like to discuss compensation for the inconvenience caused by the system inaccurately indicating my account status and subsequently charging me.

Hello, I'm Emily Roberts. I created the YouTube channel "alwaysawesomeninja" at the age of 11, before Google acquired YouTube. I used a random Yahoo login, possibly something like BleepBloopBloop, but now at 19, I cannot remember the password or email associated with it. I am eager to delete some, if not all, of the videos on the channel, particularly one labeled "faggitism," which I find very offensive. I sang to the tune of "Proud to be an American," replacing a word with "faggot." As I pursue a teaching career, I dread the thought of my students or school administration coming across this video, as it goes against everything I believe in today. Unfortunately, I cannot log in to remove it or the channel. I have reported the video multiple times but still need assistance. If there is a way for me to verify my ownership of the channel, please advise me on how to do so. Thank you for any help you can provide.

I recently tried the free 5-day trial of YouTube Live TV, and enjoyed it. However, I realized I wouldn't be able to utilize it for a few months. Despite attempting to cancel the membership before the trial ended, I encountered technical difficulties due to our home internet being down. I struggled to cancel using my phone but managed to do so today on my computer. I would appreciate a refund for the $54.78 charged to my credit card.

She attempted to cancel by clicking the button three times, assuming it went through. The music is an original composition by me, and the lyrics were written by the late Shiv Kumar Batalvi, a renowned poet who passed away 46 years ago. His lyrics are now considered traditional. Jass Records was set to release my song after completing all the necessary paperwork. However, when the company attempted to upload the song and lyrics to YouTube, a claim was made. I canceled my 5-day trial on my laptop 3 days ago, but today I was charged for it. I need that refunded immediately. It seems someone may have tampered with my belongings while I was out on a delivery for Postmates. I even lost my driver's license and Postmates card. Regardless, I want to focus on getting a refund for the YouTube TV subscription I canceled on my laptop 2 to 3 days ago.

I had YouTube Premium, and every time I downloaded music, it would disappear the next morning, not allowing me to listen offline for more than a couple of hours. I tried to inquire about my benefits, but no one explained them to me. As a person with disabilities and mental health issues, I feel frustrated with these technical difficulties and lack of support. I often feel like my online activities are being monitored, with messages from people and Google following my every move.

There is a YouTube channel called SandyPuggo run by a person who is not truthful about their identity. I interacted with him on Xbox using the gamertag 'YT SandyPuggo.' Initially, he claimed to be 16 years old. After conversing, he requested nude images from me, despite me being 17 years old. I believed him and sent the pictures, only to find out later that he is actually a 22-year-old man named Jonathan Poole from London. He deceives young girls into sharing explicit images, which he then either posts online or keeps for personal use. I possess proof to support my claim, and it is important to address this individual as he poses a serious threat as a predator. It is crucial to take action before more individuals, especially minors, are harmed. I plan to involve the authorities, given his proximity to where I live. Kindly remove this individual to protect others from falling victim to such exploitation.

Hello, my name is Yuki Nagakawa, and I am experiencing an issue with my YouTube premium account. As a previous member, I encountered a payment problem leading to the automatic cancellation of my premium service, confirmed through an email notification. Subsequently, I resubscribed using a different payment method under a family account. However, today I unexpectedly received a "Welcome to YouTube Red" email for my previously canceled account, causing confusion.
